Traverse systems

Traverse systems are generally used for traversing of airflow characteristics in Wind Tunnel. WTtech.CZ offers several types of these devices under requested parameters. All traverse systems are tailor made for the customer test section dimensions.

Traverse systems used items from the world manufacturers, are powered by stepper motors. Controlling
programs allow to plan measurement in requested points over the space in appropriate time. Traversing
process can reach from several minutes up to several hours dependent on measured flow characteristics.

Basic types of traverse systems:

• one axes controlled by a motor, two set manually
• two axis fully automatic, one manually set
• all three axis automatically controlled
