Pressure Measurement Products

Intelligent Pressure Scanners

The DSA (Digital Sensor Array) Pressure modules are all intelligent. They contain 16 temperature
compensated piezoresistive pressure sensors, 16 bit A/D converter, and a microprocessor. These
compact self contained modules communicate Ethernet TCP/IP. Pressure data are output in one of
24 Engineering Units. Optional LabVIEW drivers and OPC server are available. Features include:

  • +/- .05% full scale long term accuracy
  • 500Hz/channel/second sampling speed
  • Multiple pressure ranges available per DSA
  • Vacuum, 10 inch H20 up to 1000 psi pressure range
  • Auto zero offset correction

Miniature Pressure Scanners

The line of ZOC (Zero, Operate, and Calibrate) Electronic Pressure Scanners incorporates a pressure sensor per channel. These sensors are piezoresistive differential sensors. Also included is a high speed multiplexer, amplifier, ID chip, RTD, and auto calibration valving. Full scale output is 0-2.5 Vdc (std) or 0-5 Vdc (optional). These scanners are designed to be used with the users’ in-house data systems, RAD remote A/D, or DSM Digital Service Module. Features include:

  • 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128 pressure inputs
  • 20kHz up to 100 kHz sampling speed
  • 10 inch H20 up to 750 psid full scale pressure ranges
  • Transducer per channel
